Tower Bridge

Fraser’s neighbor recently adopted a puppy, a black Labrador. While walking out in the morning, the sky inspired Fraser to paint a shot of the blooming flowers and the picturesque view of the Tower Bridge of Sacramento. Fraser uses it as a backdrop for the early-morning moment of walking a dog in this vignette of life in the city.
