Description
- Size: 9 x 12, 5/8 bar stretch
- Gallery-wrapped stretched canvas print, encore gloss.
- Inspired by a photograph taken in 2024 on the Isle of Skye, this painting reflects the continued relevance of classically bucolic Impressionist content as it still exists in Scotland today. There remain many Scottish Highland locations where rugged and sporadic farms still have sheep at the side of the road looking for fresh grass. The wildness and remote feelings of the picture are reminiscent of Fraser’s rural upbringing in the Scottish Borders.
